Not traditional. Not sorry. Nonna travelled the world, tasted a parm too good to resist, and brought the recipe back with her.
Crispy, golden chicken cotoletta meets rich red sauce and heaped, melty mozzarella, poured hot from the skillet right at your table. Steamy, stretchy, outrageously cheesy and absolutely not here to behave.
